2/22/23 Vlog #26 Promotion

     Promotion is very important when it comes to the film industry especially when it comes to new movies releasing and coming out. Different movies have different ways of putting themselves out there whether it is using posters, advertisements, or trailers. For example, for the movie avengers infinity war, there are different posters and youtube trailers for it. This is used to get the movie out there and hook the viewer to watch the film and gain money from the box office. In my case, my group would want to create video games or advertisements because we know that this generation is extremely invested in video games. Star Wars did this by creating Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic to promote and re-enact scenes from the movie in a video game. This is used to let the viewer be able to interact with the "film" so that way they feel like they are in the film. We also had an idea of using posters that can be put up for decoration and to add to an empty room or wall. These posters help remind the viewer of the movie and even that person's friend or mutual connections so that when they see the poster they want to watch it. These are just ideas we came up with if we had to promote our film in order to attract viewers. Overall promotion helps films gain profit and popularity in order to help the company grow.

1/26/23 Vlog #10 Shooting Schedules

    Shooting schedules need to be planned carefully because at any time weather or pandemics can unexpectedly occur at any moment. These issues could even delay a film, ruin a film, or the film wouldn't even be possible to publish to the public. Examples of this can be seen in Black Widow , during the pandemic this movie got delayed because of Covid-19. We will make sure to plan carefully and keep track of the weather and stay on top of other things so that way we can complete our film in time. The way we'd like to organize our shooting schedule can be shown similarly to this photo  keeping everything organized and updating things to date. We would also need to be on top of everyone else's schedules, assuming the fact that people in my group may have plans we would have to find times when everyone is available, to ensure that we will be able to film properly. 1/23/23 Vlog #7 Pros and Cons of being in a group

     Being in a group and working together can be a gift and a curse. This is because one person may agree on something and someone else won't which could create conflict between the group. My group struggled with focusing and getting work done, I had some really good ideas at least I thought they were good ideas and my group disagreed with me. So we all decided to chime in and work together on something we all agreed on. This issue can be seen with James Cameron and Patty Jenkins  as it can be shown two filmmakers were disagreeing with each other. My group may disagree with each other here and there when it comes to ideas but we all have to make sure to all agree on one thing so that no one is mad at each other and we all agree on the same things. We need to improve on working faster that way when the due date comes we are ready to edit little minor problems we have and turn our stuff in. Our next project is the storyboard and scripts which means we have to sit down and talk about
